eLearning Support Office Hours

Do you have questions about Carmen? Want to utilize Top Hat in your classroom? Need to create a Mediasite recording? ODEE’s eLearning Support Team will offer office hours, both virtual and in-person, this spring semester to better assist you. 

Virtual hours are great if you’re located at a regional campus, currently on sabbatical or just unable to make it to main campus. These sessions will be hosted through CarmenConnect every other Thursday and provide one-on-one guidance regardless of location. Prefer to work face to face? BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) to the Enarson Digital Union for in-person hours, every other Wednesday.

During the two-hour weekly events users will be given expert support for ODEE systems including Canvas, Carmen, CarmenConnect, CarmenWiki, Mediasite, Research in View, Top Hat and U.OSU.
