Summer eLearning Support Office Hours

Do you have questions about Carmen and the Canvas Adoption? Want to utilize Top Hat in your classroom? Need to create a Mediasite recording? ODEE’s eLearning Support Team will offer office hours, both virtual and in-person, this summer semester to better assist you. 

Virtual hours are great if you’re located at a regional campus, currently on sabbatical or just unable to make it to Columbus campus. These sessions will be hosted through CarmenConnect every Thursday at different times throughout the summer, and they provide one-on-one guidance regardless of location.

Prefer to work face to face? BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) to the BuckeyeBar in Thompson Library for in-person office hours from 2 – 4 p.m., on rotating days to accommodate a variety of summer schedules.

During the two-hour events, users will be given expert support for ODEE systems including Canvas, Carmen, CarmenConnect, CarmenWiki, Mediasite, Research in View, Top Hat and U.OSU.

Be prepared. Download and review the  Virtual Office Hours Prep or In-Person Office Hours Prep Word documents to make sure you get the most out of your meeting.
