Applying for more than one course? You must apply separately for each—do not enter more than one class per application. For your convenience, download and complete this template for multiple course requests instead of using the application form. Return your completed spreadsheet to classroomhelp@osu.edu along with a brief explanation of the departmental or instructional rationale for using active learning classrooms (subject line: "SP2022 - multiple course requests").
NEED-TO-KNOW INFO
- Leave no fields blank... Applications without a course and class number cannot be processed. Incomplete or inaccurate information may result in a lack of placement.
- Priority is given to classes with meeting patterns on the registrar's approved weekly schedule.
- Class sizes should meet 70% of the capacity of the requested room.
- To accommodate the greatest number of courses, we may reach out to applicants about adjusting schedules or room requirements. Being flexible with course days and times is to your advantage.
- Applications will not be reviewed until the deadline above.
