Informal Study Spaces
Autumn 2020 update: the spaces listed below are open at reduced capacity for physical distancing. Please abide by all signage posted in a space, and refrain from rearranging furniture.
In addition to these spaces, other options are also available:
- Unused classrooms are available as Drop-In Spaces.
- Most Digital Unions are open, with computers, studios and other technology on hand.
- Public Computing Spaces are also in operation, at reduced capacity.
Technology-enhanced, informal learning spaces are available for student, faculty, and staff use. In these spaces, you'll find comfortable seating for individual or group work.

Basement common space with communal whiteboards and seating for 18. Located outside the Digital Union.
Enarson Classroom Building - Basement
Basement common space (right outside the Digital Union) with 10 Macs, and two 4-seat group workstations with power and powered USB.
Enarson Classroom Building - Third Floor
Common space with comfortable seating and display with HDMI and VGA inputs.
Basement common space, with comfortable seating and 6-seat counter with power and powered USB.
First-floor public space with comfortable seating, wireless display, and four private collaboration rooms.
Stillman Hall - First floor lobby
First-floor public space located outside the Digital Union location in Stillman Hall. Comfortable seating for 10, including power and powered USB. Nine Mac stations with stools and six walk-up PCs.
Stillman Hall - Room 103
Room 103 provides comfortable seating for nine, including power and powered USB, and two wired/wireless displays for group work.
Stillman Hall - Room 107
Room 107 provides comfortable seating for 15 with a 4-seat counter, including power and powered USB.
