New Location for eLearning Support this August

If you are planning to attend eLearning Support Office Hours this August, please be aware that the location has moved to Thompson 304.

Office Hours are a great place to learn more about Carmen and the Canvas Adoption, find out how best to utilize Top Hat in your classroom, or learn how to create a Mediasite recording.

Office Hours will take place in Thompson 304 on the following days:

  • Monday, August 1 from 2 to 4 p.m.
  • Tuesday, August 9 from 2 to 4 p.m.
  • Wednesday, August 17 from 10 a.m. to noon
  • Friday, August 26 from 10 a.m. to noon
  • Monday, August 29 from 10 a.m. to noon

eLearning Support sessions will return to the BuckeyeBar in Thompson Library starting in September.

If you can't make it to a support session in person, virtual hours might be just the thing for you. These sessions will be hosted through CarmenConnect every Thursday at different times throughout the semester, and they provide one-on-one guidance regardless of location.

BEFORE YOU ATTEND:
Be prepared. Download and review the  Virtual Office Hours Prep or In-Person Office Hours Prep Word documents to make sure you get the most out of your meeting.
