A common email security tip warns recipients against replying to emails from senders that they don’t recognize. For that reason, we want to make you aware that we are changing our IT Service Desk email.

• The address is currently this: IT Service Desk - Office of the Chief Information Officer <itservicedesk@osu.edu>
• It will change to this: Service Desk - The Ohio State University <servicedesk@osu.edu>

This communication validates that servicedesk@osu.edu is a legitimate email being used by Ohio State for university business. You may start seeing emails sent from this address in November.
