You know Carmen is changing. You know that the change involves adopting Canvas. But where do you start? The ODEE eLearning Support team is here to assist you by offering the tools and training you need to make the adoption of Canvas successful.
The adoption website, go.osu.edu/adoptcanvas, is your one-stop-shop for all things Canvas. Stay up-to-date on the latest Carmen news. Find a Canvas event that fits your learning style and schedule. Dig into FAQs to learn more yourself, or contact one of our Canvas experts directly.
Completely foreign to Canvas? A roadshow is a great place to start. At this town hall style forum, you’ll learn about the exciting features Canvas offers, the plan for a multi-term adoption process, and what to expect when you're building your courses.
eLEARNING SUPPORT OFFICE HOURS
Virtual hours are great if you’re located at a regional campus, currently on sabbatical or just unable to make it to main campus. These sessions will be hosted through CarmenConnect every other Thursday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and provide one-on-one guidance regardless of location.
If you prefer to work face to face, in-person hours are available to you. No need to register, just BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) to the Enarson Digital Union every other Wednesday from 1 to 3 p.m.
Additional eLearning Support sessions will be added as need increases.

We will be reaching out to colleges the last week of March / first week of April to speak with leadership, faculty and staff. Beginning in summer, hands-on workshops that cover a variety of topics will take place. If you think your department or group would benefit from a Canvas event, you can always request a consult, roadshow or workshop.
